Purpose     

The APAC Product and Services department’s mission aims to design the customer experience, to develop the product and services in our resorts and to ensure the consistency of the product. Organized by product departments (Food & Beverage, Reception & Accommodation, Leisure and a transverse pole of the product evolution), our team has a central role in defining the evolutions of the customer experience in the resorts, in direct link with the different support services of the company. The P&S intern will be in support of several project(s), together with the product manager (s) concerned.   

 Responsabilities  

- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyzes of existing services 

- Contribute to do feasibility studies about product evolution and /or innovation with different product managers ·         Monitor the operational deployment of new products deployments 

- Produce product communication kits to support operational and commercial teams Reporting line   

His/Her N+1: Product Evolution & CSR Manager Workplace     

 China Missions   Transversal Missions / content valuation :  

-Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyzes : analysis of internal satisfaction questionnaires and social networks. 

-Communication on product evolutions

-Contribution to transversal projects  

 CSR: support for teams in the Green Globe certification process  

Management of product evolution projects at their different stages:        

- Accompany other potential deployments for new product evolution, support the design phase -

- Participate in the writing of operational procedures 

- Participate in the formalization of feedback 

- Participate in benchmark studies 

- Assist Manager in Budget / Strategic plan process       

 Tools   Microsoft office (Word, Excel & Power point). Mastery of photo & video processing software (Photoshop, Adobe 1st) is a plus.

- Business school Master degree, or specialized Master (project management, marketing services), business-oriented engineering school

- Organizational capacity (managing multiple subjects simultaneously), priority management  

- Situational and relational intelligence 

- Proactive and curious  

- Good communication as interlocutors are numerous & different, team spirit, customer oriented 

- Good aesthetic sensitivity 

- Interest in the hospitality industry, leisure segment – past experience would be a +   Practical details 

- Beginning of the internship: January 2019, 6 months internship
