The PRODUCT MANAGER is the drive behind the success of SETHIC PRODUCTS which he/she has overseen throughout the entire development process.

-       The long-term vision and strategy for our company’s product 我们公司产品的长期愿景和战略

-       Communicate this strategy to all the relevant parties (internal department, all types of customers: distributors, end-users, consumers). 向所有相关方（内部部门、所有客户：分销商、终端用户、消费者）传达这一战略

Here the products we mentioned are mainly cosmetic ingredients. 在此提及的产品主要是指化妆品原料。

 

·         Analyze consumer demand and market trend to identify potential needs, then make recommendation of product development to management 分析消费者需求和市场趋势，识别潜在需求，然后向管理层提出产品开发建议

·         Train sales team. Frequent presentation to important customers 培训销售团队，并向重要客户展示产品

·         Monitor sales data to trace product situation and market feedback, propose marketing mix strategies, organize product meetings with sales team & distributors, to improve product market competitiveness 结合实际销售数据，跟踪产品推广情况和市场反馈，提出营销组合策略，与销售团队和经销商组织产品会议，提升产品市场竞争力

·         Implement product launches and positioning in liaison with management, sales team and customers 链接管理层、销售团队和客户，实施产品发布和定位

·         Coordination with all concerned parties (production plant, QC department, customers) to ensure that the product quality meet the market requirement. 与相关方（工厂、质量部门、客户）合作，确保产品质量符合市场需求

·         Organize and implement promotional activities: seminars, trade shows, summits 组织和执行推广活动：研讨会、展会、峰会等

·         Link technical concept, ingredient, formulation and consumer demand to provide taylor-made solution to customers. 将技术概念、原料、配方与消费者需求链接起来，为给客户提供定制专题

·         Train and supervise the Assistant Product Manager对助理产品经理进行培训及督导；

 

As a product manager, you are a mini-CEO within our company, responsible for result and critical information about your products, market, competitors, customers, prospects, key industry analysts etc.

To succeed, you will need to continually gather and analyze data from all of these sources (as well as your internal sources like sales & supply chain, or external sources like distributors & end users) — and use this data to refine the evolution of your product roadmaps and long term strategy.

任职要求REQUIREMENTS

 

1.      Master degree or above with major in pharmacy，biology / chemistry / marketing 硕士研究生或以上学历，药学 / 生物/ 化学 相关专业

2.      Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing英语听说读写熟练. Frequent communication with overseas colleagues.

3.      Excellent communicator in Chinese (frequent presentation to multiple seminars) 优秀的中文沟通能力（经常在多个研讨会演讲）

4.      Skillful at MS Office (PowerPoint、Excel、Words), know basic Photoshop

熟练使用MS Office（PowerPoint、Excel、Words)），熟悉Photoshop基本操作

5.      5+ years of relevant working experience in cosmetic ingredient industry

5年以上化妆品行业相关的工作经验

 

You are very organized and independent, able to multi-task and communicate very clearly within your team, the company and external partners. 你有很强的组织能力和独立性，能够同时处理多项任务，在团队、公司和外部合作伙伴之间进行清晰的沟通
