任职资格:

Education Background: PhD, major in Optical engineering, Medical, Physics.

Working Experience

1. Minimal 2 years working experience in planning, marketing or related positions in MNCs.

2. Experience in consulting firms is preferred.

3. Rich project or project portfolio management experience.


Professional skills

1. Deep understanding in theories / frameworks / tools in management and strategy planning.

2. Ability to transfer complex information into marketing and business strategies; decisive and logical at thoroughly evaluating issues.

3. Outstanding communication and presentation skills; excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to interact successfully with all levels of staff in the organization.

4. Excellent planning, execution and project management skills.


General skills：

1. Confident, mature person with the ability to inspire others.

2. ability to work under pressure.

3. Excellent in English and Chinese both written and spoken.
