1、负责初中和高中孩子成长的的全程辅导；

2、熟悉体制外国际教育的相关专业的录取特点，申请要求和具体的时间节点；

3、通过电话或者面谈的方式对已签约客户进行服务的跟进和沟通；

4、 根据客户的申请专业和目标院校进行有效的背景提升指导，并进行个性化背景方案设计，激发学生进行自我认知，深度挖掘背景资料，将学生的背景和申请院校要求进行匹配，指导客户进行文书素材的撰写和整合；

5、对孩子进行兴趣挖掘和知识点的梳理沟通。

任职要求：

1、 有海外TOP100学校留学经验者优先考虑；

2、 具有较强的执行能力，针对上级领导布置的任务能够保质保量的完成；

3、 善于沟通表达，喜欢沟通相关的工作，能够根据客户的需求制定合理的留学方案；

4、 具有良好的服务意识，能够为学生提供专业、耐心、认真的服务；

5、 具备较强的责任心，能够认真尽责完成客户的申请工作；

6、 性格开朗，具有良好的团队写作精神，将强的抗压能力和沟通能力。
