工作职责：

1、熟悉沉铜电镀、干菲林蚀刻、机械加工的相关经验；

2、有一年左右HDI工厂制作工程/项目研发等相关工作经验。

要求：

1、大学本科以上学历；

2、大学英语四级或以上。
