To support our fast development, we are looking for Distributor Manager with sales and technical background. Since this position represents a French high technology company, the ideal candidate will also display a passion for innovation & technical knowledge.

We offer a competitive base salary supplemented by a bonus, with many opportunities of training.

This position reports to our sales manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION

l 发展并实施分销商管理战略，以优化销售业绩及库存。分销商主要集中在广州、上海、北京和台北，另外也有少量的地方分销商。我们的分销商专注于化妆品原料或者食品原料。

Co-Develop distributor strategy and implement it, in order to optimize the sales and inventory.

The distributors area based mainly in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing and Taipei, with some additional local distributors. The distributors are specialized either in cosmetic ingredients, or in food ingredients.

l 负责日常的分销商管理以符合我们的业务模式。根据内部规则分派销售区域并执行相关规则。建立并实施定价及折扣政策。

Responsible for the day-to-day distributor management in the respective area in line with business model. Assign sales territories and enforce rules. Establish and enforce pricing and discount policies.

l 识别并选择适合的分销商以达成我们的业务模式要求。

Scan, identify and select right distributors in line with the business model requirements

l 发展及实施分销商绩效系统，实现年度预算目标。

Develop implement distributor performance metrics; Realize the yearly budgeted results in terms of volume and market profit

l 建立并维护与分销商关键决策者的关系。

Establish and continue to maintain direct relationship with key decision makers in distributor

l 负责月度及季度的销售预测，报表分析及数据分析。负责分销商的年度检视。

Monthly and quarterly forecasting. Analytical reporting, data analysis. Prepare and execute annual reviews of distributors.

通过辅导、沟通及观察保证分销商具有必要的知识和技能以销售仙婷的产品。

l Make sure distributors are equipped with the necessary sales skills to represent our company, through coaching individuals and personally observing the performance.

l 持续关注市场趋势，竞品活动，产品需求和顾客群。

Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitive actions, product needs, and customer base.

PROFILE

· 相关专业全日制本科或以上

· University degree required

• 在相关行业有五年工作经验，化妆品原料/药品/化学品行业优先考虑，在销售或者市场有经验优先
• Working Experience: Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in cosmetic raw materials, pharmaceutical, chemical , preferably. Deep understanding of distributor management is required.
• 具有优秀的沟通高能力并能够激励分销商并吸引顾客。具备开发面向分销商的培训的能力。
• Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate distributors and engage with customers. Ability to develop training program for distributors.
• 有管理经验优先

Management and leadership experience preferred

• 扎实的商务/销售技巧，且具有问题解决及决策制定的能力。在市场分析及识别新的销售区域有经验。
• Solid commercial / selling skills with a proven track record of problem solving and decision making ability. Proven experience conducting market analysis and identifying new territories
• 该职位需要在大中华区出差。如果候选人具备优秀的英语能力，其职能可覆盖东南亚的分销商管理。

· Willingness to travel across Greater China. This position can also lead to manager South-East Asian distributors for a candidate proficient in English.
