To support our fast development, we are looking for sales person who are self-motivated and like learning and sharing. Since this position represents a French high technology company, the ideal candidate will also display a passion for innovation & technical knowledge.

JOB DESCRIPTION

In coordination with our marketing department, our laboratory and our sales team, you will introduce innovative concepts and trends to our customers, particularly brand owners.

Thanks to your knowledge of the Chinese cosmetic industry and supported by an internationally minded team, you will adapt the presentation of advanced foreign concepts / technologies in order to inspire local brand.

· 你需要经常和我们客户的市场部沟通以获得其项目并准备相关提案。

You will communicate frequently with the marketing departments of our customers to obtain project and prepare proposals

· 您需要研究并熟悉市场，配方，原料，样品包装和社交媒体趋势：您将引导新配方和新原料开发的方向。您将致力提出新产品的理念，特别是与天然护肤相关的，对我们的产品经理&配方师提出关于配方开发和原料开发的建议。

You are familiar with the market, formula, ingredient, packaging, and social media trends: you will drive the decision making process for launching new formula and ingredients. You will contribute to the generation of new product idea, particularly related to natural skin care, advising our product managers & formulators about the development of formulations and ingredients.

· 80%的时间将用于拜访客户。

80% of your time will be spent visiting customers.

PROFILE

· 30岁以上优先考虑，对化妆品行业具有热情

Preferably above 30, with keen enthusiasm for the beauty industry

· 相关专业全日制本科或以上

University degree required

· 在化妆品行业有5年工作经验

At least 5 years total work experience in the beauty industry

· 在化妆品推广有3-4年经验，具有产品开发经验优先

3-4 years in the promotion of beauty products, preferably in product development

o 在化妆品行业作为产品经理，销售或者培训师

work as product manager / salesperson / trainer in a cosmetic company

o 从消费者趋势分析到产品开发理解产品开发过程

Understand the product development process from consumer trends analysis to product launch

· 喜欢学习新知识，对化妆品行业的科学性有着强烈的兴趣

Like learning new knowledge; strong interest in the scientific side of the cosmetic industry
