岗位职责：

1、协助执行公司的各项规章制度和维护工作秩序；

2、负责团队的后勤保障工作，包括印制名片、定酒店、复印、邮寄等事务；

3、协助处理运营团队的商务类工作；

4、负责与工作内容相关的各类文件的归档管理；

5、完成上级安排的其他工作任务。

任职要求：

1、大专或以上学历。中文或文秘类相关专业优先考虑；

2、有较强的文字组织能力，熟悉PPT制作，数据处理能力强；

3、具有优秀的执行力与解决问题的能力；

4、具有良好的职业素养与团队合作精神；

5、主动性强，执行力强，能站在公司立场思考。
