Our client is one of the leading luxury fashion goods groups in the world. They design, manufacture, distribute premium fashion and lifestyle products. To cope with their business growth, they now are looking for high caliber Made to Measure Stylists in both Hong Kong and China to join their Asia Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Promoting the brand in store by offering the customers a luxury in store made to measure styling service.
? Working across all stores in Hong Kong OR China
? Developing the complete MTM and VIP Service training material
? Helping the development of the future MTM business in all Greater China Region
? Creating the Asia VIP MTM Service, comprises personal styling advisory and MTM door to door service for VIP customers
? Coordinate special orders, reserves and product movement between stores to deliver to customer requests
? Organizing Special Preview and seasonal trunk shows for top VIPs
? Setting strategies to increase & improve sales and brand awareness of this specialized service
? Conducting several training sessions for Sales Associates and office staff
? Participated in the creation of the company Made to Measure collection
? Traveling for MTM events all over the country
? Drive sales for the brand in a specific category

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
? Minimum 5 - 7 years of Retail Management Experience from Luxury Fashion brands
? Able to build and maintain an environment which projects a high level of taste and sophistication consistent
? Excellent in interpersonal and customer service skills with pleasant and outgoing personality
? Able to guide individuals toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork, motivation and staff development skills
? Excellent selling and client building skills
? Able to develop the business directly with Chinese customers
? Good command of spoken English & Mandarin
