Job Responsibilities

Include but not limited to:

-       Develop new business by identifying new potential opportunity and penetrating into new clients

-       Build relationships with KA and monitoring business opportunity

-       Gather & analysis market intelligence data

 

Job Competencies

Proven success in the following job competencies:

-       Technical knowledge in agency service and new business cross category

-       Understand and able to present and explain agency capabilities and exclusive advantage.

-       Good skills on communication and coordination, integrate combination will be excellent.

-       Possess good relationship, self-motivated, results-orientated

-       Creative and innovative, has own initiative

-       Driven, results oriented and able to work in fast pace environment

 

Work experience

6+ years of experience in agency industry, prioritize 4A experience.

 

Education

Bachelor / Master degree

 

Accountabilities

Satisfaction of internal and external.

Team work spirit and good skill of communication.

Shares knowledge and resources, contributes to the success of client deliverables and achievement of departmental objectives
