1、熟悉整个货代操作流程，熟悉货代进口或出口业务，对货代市场有敏锐的洞察力，有较强的谈判及分析能力，善于拓展销售业务；

2、开发新客户：带领公司销售团队开拓国内外市场，寻找潜在客户。通过电话、邮件、等方式与国内外客户进行有效沟通，了解客户需求并促成交易;

3、维护与服务客户：针对客户需求，利用公司资源，深挖客户潜力；

4、团队销售计划的制定、实施及完成。

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，英语口语熟练；熟悉进出口货物运输知识；

2、三年以上空运销售经验，熟悉空/海运市场；

3、优秀的沟通表达能力，具有较强的市场开拓能力及吃苦耐劳的精神，具备承受高强度工作压力；

4、有在货运代理行业长期发展的愿望；

5、有国际空运货代销售团队管理经验者优先。
