职责描述： 

1、负责呼叫中心的全面运营管理，确保运营计划的完成

2、负责建立健全各项管理规章制度，有效组织部门管理工作，完成既定的销售质量控制目标，持续优化完善业务系统功能； 

3、建立完善的电销奖惩机制，管理指标监控体系，合理运用和控制成本，不断提升管理效率； 

4、进行销售数据分析，合理提高销售产能和优化部门做业流程。 

 

任职要求： 

1、从事呼叫中心管理或相关经验达5年以上，及团队领导经验3年以上； 

2、熟悉呼叫中心工作等业务流程，并对电话销售以及电话客服有丰富的经验。
