岗位职责:

1. Interacting with multi functional teams, also on international level.
2. Monitoring performance using suitable KPI’s, and improving staff productivity.
3. Liaise with IT functions to ensure productive and accurate data.
4. Ensure self and all staff are fully trained in the use of the WMS system. 5. Participate in the ongoing development of systems and ensure adequate testing prior to implementation.
6. Monitoring workloads and ensuring adequate resource available.
7. Collaborate with supply chain team and operations on new logistics requirements.
8. Maintaining good communication with staff and Managers.
9. Taking appropriate measures to keep a high inventory accuracy.
10. Ensuring picking accuracy is high and errors are investigated and monitored.
11. Ensure the successful implementation of a professional WMS in the context of new factory.

任职资格:

1. Bachler Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or above.
2. Project experience of WMS implementation, preferable HighJump.
3. Be familiar with WMS architecture, as well as integration with ERP.
4. Be familiar with IT Skills MS SQL etc.
5. Be familiar with warehouse/DC operation and related processes, inventory control, shipping etc.
6. 5 years experience in WMS or ERP(SCM modules) implementation. 7. Strong organizational, problem solving, interpersonal, and communications skills are essential.
8. Ability to communicate at all levels, computer, analytical problem solving, planning/organizational, interpersonal/teamwork, management skills are necessary, Can-do attitude, Mobility to travel international.
9. Fluent in both Chinese & English.
