The Services Solution Sales Professional (SSSP) is primarily responsible for positioning, crafting and Dynamics based Retail Services solutions.

The SSSP is:
An overlay sales role providing a specialty sales capability for Dynamics Services for the Retail Industry
Advises customer Decision Makers how to best realize the value of Microsoft Dynamics investment through innovation, implementation and productive use
Responsible for marketing, positioning, crafting and selling specific consulting type service lines and offerings (advisor and consulting business areas) across accounts in a given sales area for the Retail industry
Accountable for attaining the agreed NWS and Scorecard quota for Dynamics
May oversee the delivery of services to ensure high overall customer satisfaction
Drive penetration of Dynamics AX 2012 Retail solution into enterprise Retail accounts by winning strategic Retail opportunities
Develop strong account engagement with Segment AM’s, IMDM, and PPS per named account to drive Dynamics retail awareness and Services revenue opportunity. Work with Services sales teams to ensure Dynamics is covered within the account plans.
Manage account relationship with key stakeholders and facilitate executive/BG/TZ engagement as required through opportunity lifecycle.
Lead the Presales stages of the opportunity by providing deep & effective presentation of retail market trends; opportunities; Microsoft Retail POV (empowered consumer and Dynamic Retailer); Microsoft unique retail value proposition (company & solution)
Deliver deep & effective presentation of retail solution capabilities and scenarios (POS, AX, CRM, Services, Platform) through the opportunity lifecycle
Drive competitive analysis and compete strategies against established players and new threats
Present solution and map against customer requirements w/ understanding of competitive/other factors impacting deal closure
Strategically engage GSI as appropriate by ensuring a clear plan for deployment.
Set agenda and engagement for EBC; REC; and reference calls/visits
Able to present Sure Step methodology, and explain the estimation done.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/equivalent (required) or MBA/Master’s degree (preferred)
Experience:
- Complex Solution Sales, Manage Large Enterprise Accounts, Business Development, ERP Architecture and Consultation, ERP Solution Development, ERP Delivery..
- Career Stage 4 requires 5-8 years of related experience
- Career Stage 5 requires 8-10 years of related experience

Competencies:
- Building Customer Partner Relationships, Confidence, Cross-- Boundary Collaboration, Drive for Results, Impact and Influence, Interpersonal Awareness, Product & Technology Expertise, Strategic Sales Planning, Team Leadership.

Training and certification:
- Complex/Solution Sales training, Sales Methodologies (equivalent to MSSP), effective Services Marketing tactics, Negotiation, Financial analysis, Enterprise Architecture fundamentals, Business Process automation,.
