岗位职责

1、听从厨师长安排，向厨师长负责； 

2、负责对各种食品的烹调工作，保证食品质量； 

3、负责检查厨房内的清洁卫生与安全； 

4、请领厨房内所需的食品原料及一切使用工具与消耗品； 

5、精打细算，重视成本核算，降低食品成本，做到价廉质优。 

任职资格 

1、初中以上学历； 

2、一年以上西餐冷房/饼房厨师工作经验； 

3、具有一定的沟通协调能力，责任心强。

晋升空间：

冷房厨师-→热房厨师-→副厨-→主厨
