岗位职责：

1、帮助客户定制目标计划；

2、监督课程质量，积极推动教学质量的提升；

3、负责追踪客户的学习效果、解决客户的学习效果等相关问题；

4、能很好的与客户沟通，了解客户的思想动态及时给予解决；

5、确保服务质量达到客户满意度指标；

6、完成上级安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，专业不限；

2、至少1年以上的电话邀约相关工作经验，参与过微信直营工作的优先；

3、有责任感，能耐心积极地帮助客户解决各方面的问题；

4、有团队协作能力，能与讲师管理部门等协同完成工作；

5、服务意识强，能积极应对客户提出的问题及投诉；

6、团队意识强，抗压能力强，对工作保持高度热情；

7、熟练使用office办公软件。
