2、跟清洁部门紧密合作，保持厨房卫生，干净和安全。

3、管理，配合厨房厨师和厨房其他员工，确保根据规定的质量标准来完成正确的厨房备货，达到节约成本，备货质量和卫生的一致性。

4、确保整个厨房都要保持高标准的食物出品。

5、根据标准检查所有午餐和晚餐的食物配方，确保所有食物的装盘，质量和数量的一致。

6、检查，更新和扩展部门的标准流程。

7、严格执行公司的制度和工作流程。??

8、管理食物的半成品。

9、控制食物成本。

10、协助盘点。

11、当缺少员工时，必须积极的参与工作和组织工作，确保无误。

任职要求：

1、英语口语良好

2、热爱餐饮行业。

3、有较强的管理能力，和沟通能力。
