岗位职责:

1. On-job training with process, equipment and production teams for 18 months;
2. Lead projects with production supervisors, process engineers and manager to improve efficiency, reduce cost and improve quality;
3. Learn technological process and production process (Material and information flow), and then assist to optimize the process and write relevant SOPs;
4. Assist process engineers to improve the product yield and solve problems, including New Product Introduction;
5. Assist production supervisors to control the operation cost of the workshop (e.g. overtime control, direct and consumable materials usage control, etc.);
6. Work with production supervisors to optimize the accuracy of Material and Information flow (including monthly Stock balance and system data daily check);
7. Summarize and analyze the data of daily production and operation, and assist the manager to promote the cooperation of process and equipment teams to solve problems and improve process;
8. Implement the specific Department Strategic actions(Like COMPETE , Industry 4.0) to promote efficiently the development of department, and give constructive suggestions;
9. Work with the production supervisors to ensure the good implementation of 6S , SOP/WI and GSR of department;
10. Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.

任职资格:

1. Bachelor degree or above; For technical direction: optics, material, automation related major ; For management direction: unlimited major, engineering preferred;
2. Good at English reading, speaking and writing ( CET6 is preferred );
3. Proficient in office software operation;
4. Strong ability of coordination and communication, initiative and positive, strong driving force and execution force;
5. Working hard, strong logical thinking and fast learning ability;
6. Strong Teamwork spirit and ability of improvement and creativity.
