Essential Function 1:Project Management

1Lead the mechanical group within project organization to fulfil project target

2Make sure the IPP plan are strictly followed during project execution

3Make sure mechanical part progress meet overall project schedule

Essential Function 2:Provide technical support

1Check specification, data sheet, design drawings from engineering company and vendors

2Check material requisition, technical bid evaluation and calculations from engineering company and vendors

3Clarify with engineering company and vendors about design requirements

4Suipport Change Orders on mechanical part

5Support vendor evaluation and technical bidding evaluation

6Quality inspection during equipment fabrication including FAT

7Ensure the piping and equipment installation quality

8Expediting of the manufacturing documents

9Support the mechanical completion and hand over

10Be responsible to close mechenic related items in the defect list

11Support operations during commissioning and start-up

Essential Function 3:Communication and employee development

1Develops and delivers presentations and reports

2Work within a team

3Represent Clariant interests against external companies with strong personality

Education: Bachelors degree+ in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Business experience: 5+ years experience in Chemical or Patrochemical industry

Additional Qualifications: Knowledge of relevant standards for piping and mechanical equipment in GB, DIN and ASME code Knowledge of pressure vessel equipment and pressure piping Be familiar with Chinese EX code and standards
