工作职责：
1、负责办公室日常办公制度维护、管理。
2、负责办公室各部门办公后勤保障工作。
3、负责对全体办公人员（各部门）进行日常考勤。
4、兼顾人事招聘广告发布，邀约面试工作
5、处理公司对外接待工作。
6、组织公司内部各项定期和不定期集体活动。
7、协助总经理处理行政外部事务。
8、按照公司行政管理制度处理其他相关事务


任职要求：
1、20-30岁，大专以上学历，会英语沟通；
2、善于表达，良好的语言组织能力及沟通能力、写作能力，具备基础英语能力；
3、有较强的适应能力、可塑性、执行力、抗压能力强，具备较强的事业心、上进心；
4、开朗自信，情商高；
5、有较强的亲和力、人际交往和沟通组织协调能力；
6、形象好、气质佳 ，为人善良；
