Report to: Product Development Director


Responsibility:
? Manage the production of prototypes. Purpose of Role: To convert the creative teams
ideas into new products - specifically to manage the product development life cycle
and ensure successful launch of new products.
? To recommend product enhancement to cope with customer and business needs.
? Manage projects, including resources and schedule planning, budget estimation to
ensure project deliverables are being delivered on schedule.
? Deliver COD (Customers own Designs) projects, (including product & customer follow
up) and to exceed customers expectations
? To provide technical data to support the sales team;
? Liaise with internal & external suppliers where appropriate.
