Daily Job Duties:
1.Oversees all accounting procedures and systems used by the company
2.Monitoring accounts control, supervise and implement a timely, full and accurate set of accounting books of the company
3.Supervise staff work allocations; motivate the staff for better performance and effective work
4.Control of PRC accounts and funding
5.Monitor daily funds and allocate working capital flow
6.Allocate control on all outflow of fund
7.Daily follow up on incoming fund flow and communicate with overseas offices/markets
8.Coordinate with the senior and junior management of other departments and bridge between every department in the organization

Job Duties required to complete in week/month/quarterly)
1.Weekly reports-cash flow, sales analysis, Shipments limit & Shipment control
2.Liaise with auditors, company secretaries and government departments
3.Direct and oversee all of the financial activities, include the preparation of budgets, financial reports and forecasts for future business growth
4.Review reports periodically and analyzes projections of sales and income against actual figures and suggests methods of improving the planning process
5.Contributes to the achievement of the company objectives by providing advice and guidance on financial strategy
6.Implement continuous financial audit and control systems to monitor the performance of the firm and its flow of funds

Other scope of duties:
1.Initiate and engage in all manner of activities, whether financial or other, conducive to the financial health, the growth prospects and the fulfillment of business plans of the firm to the best of my ability and with the appropriate dedication of the time and efforts.
2.To ensure the Company meets its financial and legal responsibilities
3.To alert the management and to warm it regarding any irregularity, lack of compliance and problems whether actual or potential concerning the financial systems, financial operations, financing plans, accounting , audits, budgets and any other matter of a financial nature or which could or does have a financial implication.

Qualification:
1.Should be a certified accountant in China
2.With knowledge of value added tax invoicing and import and export license for wholesales
3.With knowledge of tax rules of regulations in PRC
4.With knowledge of foreign currency control.
5.Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade
6.Proficient in English(written, listening, speaking)
