Responsibilities :
1.PC support - Fix PC problem including hardware and software.
2.Maintain IT support and monitor the daily work for office
3.Provide installation, technical support and troubleshooting to staff members relating to computer hardware & software, operating system, office applications, networking , server and printers
4.Housekeeping of IT resources (hardware & software inventory)
5.User Training
6.Data entry for our ERP system
7.Handle ad hoc duty assign by management

Qulification:
1. Good communications and interpersonal skills
2. 1-2 year of relevant working experience in IT field
3. Familiar with Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 Domain Environment , Microsoft Office 2003/2007/2010, Windows XP/Vista/7 and TCP/IP Network
4. Holder of MCSE on MCIYP in Windows Server is preferred
5. Basic knowledge in application development
