Role Title: Delivery
Head
Business: RBWM Technology
Role Purpose / Description
-Work with current
partners Pingan, Tencent Wechat, Alipay etc. on technology exchange and
integration requirements.
-Evaluate China
based Fintech and other Tech partners to work on specific Partnerships projects
delivered for the China market and other global markets.
-Provide technical
and delivery leadership to contractor delivery teams across China and also our
Partnerships business teams across the region to help triage the right
opportunities to develop and deliver against.
-Connect specialists
in all related disciplines and experts in China, Greater Bay Area and Hong Kong
markets to conduct diagnosis and solve cross teams challenges and issues, in
particular those specific to markets.
-Advise on local and
regional trends and practices e.g. customers, partners, service providers,
competitors, compliance and regulatory as well as surrounding backend systems
integration which are the essential elements to land the global systems to
markets.
-Ensuring adherence
to governance procedures and significant contribution to process improvement.
-Considering risk
implications in all decisions and activities through a good understanding of
business activity, opportunities and threats.
-Ensure that
problems are managed at peer level, and escalated efficiently with the minimum
disruption to the business.
-Adopt and share
standards, tools, best practices, principles for cost, quality and productivity
improvement.
-Maintain good
exposure and develop knowledge in new techniques, products, services,
technologies and standards.

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
-In depth experience of
Internet, Mobile and Digital Experience delivery with a working knowledge of
agile methodologies.
-Strong IT Leadership,
managing matrix project teams both regionally and globally, with the ability to
work effectively as part of a team or on an individual basis.
-Knowledge with
domestic trends on the banking product of Cards, or Loans, or Deposit Accounts
including Integrated Accounts, and the technology being used in the context of
Digital Origination journeys.
-Experience in API
enabled Digital customer journeys.
-Basic understanding on
the business processes, operating models in the above banking products.
-Usage of tools such as
Confluence, Jira, Sonar, Quality Cente.
-DevOps processes and
experience.
-Understanding of lean
and agile methods of software delivery and the principles and practices.
-Agile methodologies –
Scrum, Kanban.
-Vendor management
experience is definitely an advantage.
