职位描述


Role Title: PMO
Officer
Business: Commercial Banking IT
Role Purpose /
Description
The
role is responsible for analysing technology related expenses through
benchmarking and comparisons, preparation of performance measures, and capacity
planning. Also the role may be responsible for specific areas of finance,
planning or recharging.
Direct
cost management -
-Supervise management of expense control
procedures for IT, by overseeing preparation of various accounting statements
(i.e., accural) and reports as requested
-Supervise staff in the issuing of purchase
orders and payment of invoices for the acquisition of IT equipment, software
and services
-Ensure that adequate billing and process
controls are in place
-Manage the preparation of the monthly
consolidation and report production cycles, ensuring the timely and accurate
submission of reports and managing the planning cycles related to development
of quarterly forecasts and the annual plan
-Monitor resource and vendor spending under the
IT cost control governance process, with tracking against financial
target. Review and facilitate the
ongoing finance activities to ensure the spending and IT recovery are at the
right level
-Provide financial and management reporting to
IT Management, including monthly financial results against the annual operating
and capital plans as well as cost pool and pass through budgets
Recharge
management -
-Assist IT Planning & Finance Manager or
business managers/PPM lead in generating and explaining customer bills
-Mangement of the charges submission including
Timesheet & passthrough for the responsible area
-Analysis on the MI output and explain the
uptrend or downtrend for customer charging forecasting
Others
-
-Involve in the special assignments if required
in the CMB tech ASP regional business management team.

Knowledge &
Experience / Qualifications
-Bachelor degree
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Have analysis and problem solving skills
-Good written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to understand customer requirements and
concerns and ensure results meet their expectations
-Delivery-focused with ability to pay attention
to detail and ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required levels of
quality
-Ability to prioritize workload effectively in
line with business priorities
-Willingness to own work and problems and see
through to completion and to resolve issues with limited assistance
-Ability to contribute to a larger team
and a
flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities.
-Experience of management information reporting
to senior management
-Have some financial management / financial data
analysis experience. Working experience in management finance is an advantage
to the role.
-Familiarity with MS Word, MS Excel, MS
PowerPoint, Visio
-Have both a teamwork and self-starter approach
-Ability and commitment to deliver to tight
deadlines
-Creative and problem solving mentality
