Role Title: Software Engineering Manager
Business: RBWM Technology Role Purpose / Description -Defining solutions to support the development of FX business in various line of business
-Supporting agile delivery teams and promoting the reuse of existing services
-Designing strategies around service implementation to meet non-functional requirements
-Interface with technical leads, delivery managers, business managers and IT DevOps team members on a regular basis
-Driving the best design practice to align with Group's FSA
-Ensures that the solution built satisfies both business and technical requirement, and its alignment with group's technology roadmap
-Providing insightful recommendation to FX business to support business growth
-Solving integration problems with legacy systems
-Representing Wealth Management IT Architecture at cross-organizational meetings
-Assisting in cloud adoption planning, design and implementation
职位要求：
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications -10+ years related experience in IT industry (Financial Service), particularly in FX trading and payment areas
-Past working experience in an Architecture role
-Relevant knowledge of REST, API-based integration, Microservices
-Design and development experience in Java, Python, Spring Batch, SpringBoot, Maven, Mule, Javascript.
-Past working experience in various CSP platform, e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP etc.
-Past working experience in BI toolings, e.g. Cognos, Qilkview and Jupyter Notebook is desirable but not essential
-Experience working in Agile methodologies i.e. Scrum, Kanban, Lean User Experience, XP is desirable but not essential
-A track record of constantly looking for ways to improve development process and drive for best practice
-Excellent written and spoken communication skill, an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
-A comprehensive understanding of risk management and proven experience of ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory processes
-Should advocate team collaboration among virtual teams
