Title: Talent Acquisition Supervisor

Report to: China Talent Acquisition Center Manager

Working location: Osram Foshan

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions and ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet all assigned KPIs and in accordance with company policies and standards.

2. Screen CV and source candidate through effective channels including proactive search, net working, internet postings, etc.

3. Interview and give evaluation, suggestion to help hiring manager to make hiring decision. Take full responsibility of offers and support for on board.

4. Set up the staffing tracking and reporting system, do regular reporting about HC and Hiring status.

5. Provide market intelligence in certain industry.

6. Participate in various of Talent Acquisition programs (e.g. workforce planning, employer branding, process management, interview skill training) and early talent programs (e.g. campus recruiting, university relationship, internship and trainee programs)

7. Vendor Management including performance evaluate, negotiate and motivation and development of new channel and social media tools.

8. Coach and mentor young recruiters for recruiting operations and projects.

9. Other Talent Acquisition works assigned.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in BA, electronic engineering, business English etc.

2. 5 year working experience in HR and 3+ years experience as recruiter either in house or search firm, 3 year experience in multinational company is preferred.

3. Experience of campus recruiting, university relationship, market intelligence, E-recruiting system, personality test (e.g. DISC), interview skill training is a plus.

4. Proactive, open-minded, result oriented and fast action, can communicate with influencing skills.
