Role Title: Consultant Specialist Business: IT Infrastructure Delivery Role Purpose / DescriptionCore Technology team is the fundamental system support that provides 7x24 services. Work closely with Middleware and application teams for daily business requests. This role will carry out some or all of the following activities
-Perform technical support to users and perform change requests from users
-Mainframe system maintenance and hardware/software evergreen
-Setup automation to reduce manual interventions in the z/OS infrastructure
-Consolidate and reduce infrastructure complexity
-Risk and Cost Management
-Ensure Service Quality Targets are met for offered platform services
-Mainframe machine upgrade
-Mainframe Super Stack maintenance
-Disaster Recovery Drill practice
-Monitor the capacity of zSeries products
-Perform a Technical Project Management role for large zSeries infrastrcutre projects
-zSeries hardware/Software design, configuration, implementation and support

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications -Computer related major
-Experience in Mainframe (storage, z/OS, DB2 or CICS) preferred
-Strong written and verbal communication ability in English
-Can work across cultures in a global organization
