 Role Title: Consultant Specialist
Business: Commercial Banking IT
Role Purpose / Description
-Standups: Facilitate daily standups (or daily scrum) as needed
-Iterations/sprint planning meeting: Protect the team from over-committing and scope creep. Aid in estimation and sub task creation
-Sprint reviews: Participate in the meeting and capture feedback
-Retrospectives: Note area for improvement and action items for future sprints
-Broad administration: Work as the administrator of the scrum broad. Ensure that cards are up to date and the scrum tool, Jira software or otherwise, is working well
-1 on 1 : Meet individually with team members and stakeholders as needed. Iron out team disagreements about process and work styles.
-Internal Consulting: Scrum masters should be prepared to consult with team members and internal stakeholders on how best to work with the scrum team
-Reporting: Regular analysis of burn down charts and other portfolio planning tools to understand what gets built and at what cadence.
-Blockers: The scrum master aids the team by eliminating external blockers and managing internal roadblocks through process or workflow improvements.
职位要求：
-Bachelor or above education degree, major relevant to Computer Science (Finance background is preferred)
-5+ years’ working experience as a IT project manager or Technical lead
-A minimum 1+ year experience as full time scrum master.
-Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (numerous burn down techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.) is an advantage.
-Very familiar with Agile and Scrum practices on software development project management.
-Knowledge of Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games, etc.
-Good understanding and practices of scale of scrum.
