职能需求：

1、Master or bachelor degree with more than 3 years working experience in chemical or materials engineering

2、Knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and MS-Projects.

3、Basic knowledge in statistics. Sampling theory and use of statistical software is a plus

4、Experience with furnaces or powder production would be a great plus

5、A six sigma green belt or experience in six sigma projects is an advantage.

6、Fluent in English writting and reading.

1. 熟悉现场工艺控制，有工艺改善提高良率的经验；

2. 熟悉湿法冶炼或者烧结工艺；

3. 对化工行业的工艺流程以及工艺控制方法熟悉；

4. 熟悉对反应釜/熔炉的使用；

5. 化学及其相关专业行业，从事化工行业工作；

6. 本科及以上学历，英语要具备基本的听说读写能力，能够进行简单的日常交流

主要工作职责：

1、Monitors contineously the production lines & product quality, combining visual

inspections and study of the data (statistics)

2、Maintain PT database for Quality-monitoring for the folowed products

3、Basic reporting about test results, quality monitoring, etc.

4、Mechanical test of new equipment for improving of the process

5、Measure specific process parameters to improve process knowledge and control

6、Update documentation for ISO/TS16949, ISO14001/OHSAS 18001
