1. 计划、加强和监控已建立的安全规范是否符合当地政府的规定和公司的要求。
2. 准备一份公司内部的“现场指令”方案，以确保公司员工遵守。
3. 评估并准备大型私人或公共活动的安全战略和应急计划，以防止或减少财产损失和安全方面的责任。
4. 建立一支灵活、严谨以及富有热情的安保团队，以满足客户的高要求。
5. 向重点客户提供建议并风险评估报告。
6. 拜访和开发新的客户群。
7. 监察及检阅公司办公地点的安保工作
8. 总经理交办的其他保安方面的工作。

岗位需求：

1. 持有地方政府认可的许可证
2. 至少有3-5年纪律部队工作的经验。例如:警察、海关、惩教所(监狱)。
3. 至少有5-7年在海外知名企业担任管理岗位及以上的工作经验。
4. 熟练使用英语（口语以及书面）和普通话。
5. 熟悉当地刑法。
6. 掌握仓库管理知识。
7. 有策划和管理贵货活动的经验者优先
8. 持有认可机构的急救证书及消防大使证书者优先

其他：

1. 熟悉基本的物流和运输流程者优先。
2. 愿意出国出差。
