职位描述

Job Responsibility:

Improve communication within the team and provide employee assistance by holding briefings, designing circulars, joining team meetings and regular contact with staff especially new joiners, follow up people survey etc.Track, analyze & manage attrition, handle exit interview and follow up retention programmes
Provide consultancy support and advice to line managers with regards to the handling of substandard performer
Build a conducive and friendly work culture, foster Team spirit through event
Motivate & counsel team members
Provide constructive suggestions to business on staffing issue based on broad knowledge on human resourcing and local legislation
Providing management information to business unit on staff joining, attrition, confirmation, appraisal rating, promotion, internal transfers, onsite travel etc.
Maintain & provide reports (joining, attrition, confirmation, appraisal rating, promotion, internal transfers, exit interviews, onsite travel etc)
Track span of control & structures, including diversity


Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree
- 4-5 years' working experience in human resources fields as a generalist, with multinational company's experience is preferred;
- Strong communication skill and problem solving skill;
- Good knowledge of local labor law.
- Fluent in both oral and written English.
