NOKIA CBT-PROGRAM BUSINESS CONTROLLING organization is looking for a skilled Engineers with experience in manufacturing to join our team. Your main responsibilities are to participate to RFQ work & program business controlling in Nokia business team and to ensure responses on both areas to be professional and systematic in appearance and content. You will partner closely with our account managers, program managers, controllers, sourcing and own manufacturing experts and act as communication bridge between all parties involved in RFQ work or business controlling.

You will report to Manager, Program Business Controlling (PBC).

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Evaluate customer's product specifications in new RFQs and create cost estimates based on selected manufacturing concepts. Utilize our own costing tool in cost estimations. Follow and implement internal RFQ process. Ensure that all internal stake holders are fully aware of RFQ schedule & monitor progress of activities.
? Ensure that all RFQ process related steps are followed, documented and filed properly. Utilize global concept creation team consisting expertise from several competence areas in estimation work.
? Create base data to be used in capacity simulation.
? Create tooling & program budgets.
? Monitor progress of development & production phase programs. Ensure that program costs and sales prices in-line with expectations and updated all the time. Identify unfavourable performance so that appropriated actions can be taken.
? Support account managers & program managers in sales activities. Participate meetings at customer's facilities as needed.
? Participate and support Managers in quarterly/yearly price negotiations.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS REQUIRED:
? Bilingual in Chinese and English - good verbal and written communication skills
? Bachelor degree with min. 2-5 years post college experience.
? Understanding and experience in project management preferred.
? Will require some domestic travel.
? Computer skills, especially in Excel.
? Able to work within a fast paced environment and effectively communicate key information and options with short deadlines.
? Good negotiations and problem solving skills.
