Responsibilities:

1. Conduct labor/employee relation problems, such as lay off, contract terminate, labor arbitration. Find most adequate solutions and negotiate with employees, unions, government agencies, labor relations authorities, and other relevant agencies.

2. Continually review policies and procedures, ensuring that they are up to date and compliant with changing regulatory environment in all affected states. Identify areas where new policies are needed. Coordinate the recommendation and implementation of new policies.

3. Enhance associate job satisfaction by identifying and responding to concern and creating an environment that promotes associate involvement. Investigate and respond to all employee relations issues in a thoughtful and proactive manner.

4. In charge of employees' complaints and suggestions, found and maintain a good employee relations system, including communication channels, comply with law and other requirements, to strengthen employment relations. Responsible for the communication of corporate information and policies to all levels of employees across the organization.

5. Organize and conduct employee survey. Analysis survey result for management's reference.

6. Organize Employees Activities, eg. annual outing. Work together with Trade Union if necessary.

7. Ad hoc assignments from HR manager, meetings, reports; supports to HR colleagues; respond to employee enquiries.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree above, minimum 3 years HR working experience.

2. Familiar with Labor Law and related regulations.

3. Good listener, good communicator, well organized.
