职位要求：

1. 本职位需要长期出差珠三角，主要是东莞、惠州等地的工厂。并且根据生产情况需要班后和周末加班。需要到广州做第二轮面试。以上不能接受者勿投；

2. 1年以上QC经验；

3. 良好的中英文读写能力，能独立完成英文验货报告优先；

4. 对质量把控的标准有正确的认知；

5. 工作认真负责，肯吃苦耐劳，对工作有激情和极具责任心。具备较强的沟通能力，有很强的学习能力和逻辑能力，良好的组织能力和多任务处理能力。

职位描述：

1. 主要给我司客户喷漆后的杯子做可行性测试，如铅笔硬度测试，油漆附着力测试，RAC，酒精测试，光泽度测试，水煮测试等。根据测试的结果做测试报告，对测试后的样品做记录和标识对应的标签；

2. 独立完成生产良率报告，并分析不良原因以及提供改善建议；

3. 严格执行QCP（质量控制流程），对质量流程进行监管并检测监控各个流程管控点是否符合规范。

4. 按时按要求完成工厂的日报，报告工厂当时的生产情况，出货情况，生产过程中的产品检测报告和良率报告；

5. 依据项目所需的其他协调工作任务事项；

6. 完成领导安排的其他工作任务。
