（1）积极、主动、及时、准确地做好各类布草及客衣的收发工作。

（2）做好布草的管理。进行经常性的整理和分类，并在所收衣物上打码编号。

（3）按照布草收发工作规程进行操作，做好各种登记，并核对布草的件数、品种以及号码，防止丢失。

（4）进行洗涤之前要做好设备的检查工作，配制好洗涤用水。

（5）清点收洗的布草、客衣，进行分类整理。

（6）按程序进行衣物的干、湿洗，洗完以后要先自己作质量检查，然后再交给领班。

（7）结束工作后，关闭电源、水源，进行清理卫生工作。

（8）做好洗涤记录。
