Purpose of the position：

    Arrange the scheduling in the responsible area； ensure the delivery plan is in an optimized situation.

     负责分配区域的车辆调度工作，确保配送计划为最优。

    

Principal responsibilities

• Understanding the definition of Driver working hours， make sure the trip time accord with the Linde policy.
• 了解司机工作时间的定义，确保出车时间遵守林德的政策。
• Produce and implement daily plans with system to manage day-to day swings in Evidenced activity.
• 有效利用系统制定和实施每日计划，有效管理每日波动。  
• Work with related department to ensure the process is operated smoothly and efficiently.
• 与其他部门沟通，以确保工作能顺利有效的运行。
• Work with SCM specialist to ensure the trip plan optimization are achieve
• 与计划员沟通，确保优化的出车计划可以进行。
• Work closely with system expert to ensure systems are running efficiently and further system development.
• 与系统专家密切协作，确保系统的有效运行和进一步发展。
• Analysis the KPI on monthly basis and make sure the continuously scheduling efficiency improvement.
• 每月分析KPI数据并确保的调度效率的不断提高
• Interface with site transportation team to ensure the plan can be executed.
• 与现场运输部门沟通，确保配送计划得以实施

    

Required key skills

1. Good knowledge on liquid business and operation, at least 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics （大专及以上学历，2年及以上物流、供应链管理或调度等相关经验）
2. Strong analytical and planning skill,
3. Communication and presentation skill,
4. Proactive manner with strong sense on change and improvement initiatives.
5. demonstrated change management capability
6. At least three years experience in logistics or supply chain, logistics/distribution cost analysis is preferred.
7. Skilled in Excel, knowledge on micro is preferred.
