· Serve as a New Product Introduction Program Manager in Colson China Group.

· Support a detailed execution plan working with team members from different functional disciplines in an effort to ensure the timely completion of the plan.

· Own and manage the stage gate review and corresponding presetnation

· Partner up front with the Lead NPI Program Manager, Marketing/Product Management in the establishment of NPI projects.

· Schedule routine NPI program working sessions with the designated cross-functional team members in order to review the status of projects.

· Utilize Colson Group’s program management process and toolset to ensure cross-functional team members work collectively to complete the necessary tasks on time and provide weekly status updates for each program.

· Track all programs with MS Project to the details necessary determined by the project level.

· Assist the Lead NPI Program Manager in Monthly NPI review with senior management.

· Proactively alert management of any issues and drive mitigation plans that could jeopardize launch commitments or unnecessary expenses.

· Facilitate relevant team meetings to remove roadblocks and safeguard projects remain on-time and within budget.

· Manage multiple large NPI product launches (design to market)

· Manage VAVE and other Projects as required

· Distribute clear communication of meeting minutes including notes, actions, and assignments.

· All other duties as assigned

· 1.Techinical background and experiences -  Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, Project Management

2.Experience in previous NPI Program Management or Equivalent Roles

3.Experience in the Caster or related Industry
