Role Title: Software Engineering Manager
Business: IT Infrastructure Delivery Role Purpose / Description The role is responsible for providing technical coordination and leadership on behalf of Global Estate management within Asia Pacific. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the remediation of the environment in line with an agreed implementation activity / service design. Your responsibilities will include:
-Build / Establish a strong working relationship with Business and DC functional groups
-Plan / Manage Technical Deliveries for Global Estate management for the APAC Region
-Drive Distributed Compute Technical Projects and work closely with IT Project managers
-Reporting to Distributed Compute Management team & IT Project Managers
-Ensuring that Distributed Compute Deliverables are planned, documented, agreed and implemented

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications -Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. background in Information Technology
-Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. project management / technical lead
-Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. technical background in infrastructure and / or development is desirable.
-Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. Agile / Dev Ops methodology or ITIL is desirable but not essential
- Experience of using relevant software packages, i.e. Windows / Unix is desirable
-A desire to find ways to continually improve the service delivered to customers
-Excellent written and spoken communication skills
an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is a articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
-Built effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same
-Experience of creating and deploying comprehensive business/operating plans which consistently deliver desired results
-A successful track record of delivering complex projects and/or programmes, utilising appropriate techniques and tools to ensure and measure success
-A comprehensive understanding of risk management and proven experience of ensuring own/others' compliance with relevant regulatory processes
-Analytical skills with an ability to understand complex technical and business projects
