Role Title: ASSISTANT BUSINESS MANAGER I
Business: IT COO Role Purpose / Description
-Manages the General Administration Function of the Company and lead the team to ensure the administration service re running at maximum efficiency and effective.
-Monitoring, supervising, and controlling the Internal ADM Support, Access Control, Quarter service to provide an effective Facility & General ADM management to GLTc.
-Monitoring, supervising, and controlling the Fixed Assets Management, Key management, Ware House management to provide an effective Facility & General ADM management to GLTc.
-Maintains HSBC internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators
-Implements the Group Compliance Policy, as applicable to the roles
-Be aware of the Operational Risk that associated with the role, and to ensure that all actions during the employment with HSBC take account of the likelihood of operational risk occurring HSBCAY/GZ* About HSBC Technology China We develop, implement and support software and IT services and processes that allow HSBC to remain at the forefront of high-quality banking systems. Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
-Creative and carefully on performing the job. Logistic knowledge should be applied to the inventory system as well as the central filling system. Good interpersonal skill is a must to deal with internal and external customers.
-Team leading skill, including resourcing allocation, task distribution, time management
-People management skill, including coaching, conselling, recognition, communication, staff development, staffing issue handling
