Role Title: Software Engineering Team Lead
Business: Corporate Functions IT
Role Purpose / Description
- Development for system enhancement and new users’ requirement according to the functional design and technical design.
- Provide technical support in projects SIT and UAT phases
- Provide technology suggestion in project initial phase.
- Provide production support on required.
职位要求：
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications - Candidate should hold a university graduate certificate majored in computer/software related or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated understanding in software engineering lifecycle.
- Technical skillset experience in Mainframe for more than 7 years.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team leader experience and has good skillset on Managing, Leading, Collaboration, Coaching, etc.
- With strong communication skill, fluent English and Cantonese is preferred.
- Customer/Stakeholder Focus, can strengthen Stakeholder Relationships
- Proactive, self-motivated, open-minded, reliable and independent
