岗位职责：

1、根据教学安排，具体负责初二、初三英语教学授课兼初二班主任工作；

2、根据学生的实际情况，制定适宜的教学方案，进行学习方法指导、学习习惯的培养。归纳总结，教授学生高效的学习方法，激发学生学习兴趣，迅速提高学生成绩。

3、授课氛围良好，善于发现问题并及时处理；

4、主动与学生、家长、班主任进行沟通，听取学生、家长反馈意见，测试学生授课的成效，能因时制宜的调整教学方法和进度安排；

5、与本学科组内教师进行教研交流、教学研究、家长讲座、集中备课、培训等活动，提高教学水平。

岗位要求：

1、本科或以上学历，教育、英语及相关专业；

2、具有2年以上相关工作经验者优先，也接受优秀的应届毕业生；

3、优秀的专业功底和良好的学习能力；

4、良好的组织能力、沟通能力以及协调能力；

5、热爱教育行业，有亲和力，有耐心，工作勤奋踏实。
