The Recruiter will be responsible for end to end hiring process. Will be considered as a trusted advisor, as she/he works closely with Hiring Managers and HR BP to meet the needs in a timely and cost-effective manner.

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Execute recruiting processes across the entire recruitment cycle: job briefing, sourcing, screening, assessment, and hiring.

• Responsible for ensuring recruitment processes comply with appropriate business controls and documentations.

• Build effective relationship with line managers and HRBP by proactive communication and strong customer service.

• Collaborate internally and externally with our clients to assure our prospective candidates are recruited in a professional and timely manner.

• Continuously improving Sourcing strategy with sourcing channel innovation

• Developing sourcing methods to find the best drivers of talent

• Set up active candidates file to enlarge recruiting pool/channel

• Negotiating and manage verbal offers with candidates

• As a team member to join campus recruiting, process improvement,etc.

   

Requirements:  

• Bachelor degree or above

• 1-3 years recruitment experience in MNC or searching firm

• International recruitment experience preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Mandarin Chinese

• Self-motivated and results oriented, quick learner

•   Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
