岗位职责:

Responsibilities:
? Work as a member of the healthcare team
? Availability for Sat clinic and on-call duty
? Stay informed and up to date on practice guidelines and advances in therapies and treatments utilized in Physical Therapy
? Be actively involved in clinic committees as they pertain to his/her professional practice

任职资格:

Qualifications:
? Graduate of program accredited by the US Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (MSPT) or equivalent (BSc Physical Therapy)
? 3-5 years clinical experience

Skills:
? Ability to assess and design effective treatment plans for patients
? Ability to recognize scope of practice limitations and willingness to refer patients when appropriate
? Willingness to co-manage patients with other members of healthcare team
? Good organizational skills
? Ability to work well with other clinicians, nurses and other staff
? Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate patient education about physical therapy treatments
? English language competency
? Experience treating outpatients and inpatients
? Cultural sensitivity
