岗位职责

1、五年以上注塑车间班组带班工作经验及五年注塑工艺调试工作经验；

2、对注塑机及周边设备有一定的维修能力；

3、沟通能力强，有较强的团队合作精神；

4、精通机械、电器、液压。

任职资格

1、负责注塑车间当班技术员及操作工管理工作；

2、控制生产过程中产品不合格率，分析造成不合格的原因，及时采取措施提高产品合格率；

3、安排及监督机台卫生、品质、人员培训等；

4、负责对管控的岗位进行绩效制定；

5、有良好的文字功底及表达能力；

6、车间其他相关事宜。
