The position is located in Nancun Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou.Key Result Area l Work with Senior Regional Project Manager and Regional Operation Manager upon the project plan to understand the whole project. l Review all switching procedures and risk mitigation plan with onsite staff to assure correct plan in place. l Track all kinds of engineering report. l Carry out periodical M&E survey to all systems. l Track system review report and execution of improvement plan. l Carry out due diligence to all new project within school. l Review Preventive and Planned Maintenance program with facility management staff to ensure a proper plan is in place. l Implement, comply with and audit all M&E systems, for quality assurance. l Coordinate a risk management program which identifies major M&E equipment risks. l Ensure data integrity of all information loaded into systems and comply with the audit process from time to time. l Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity planning is implemented and maintained. l Ensure escalation procedures are in place and observed for incident and problem reporting including advice to the account team, client and insurance company. l Lead the project of office renovation, review and approve M&E part of all project proposals. l Participate in project execution, involved in M&E part of any bidding process. l Ensure all project information is well documented for engineering review purpose. l Lead and organize all engineering related trainings to all on site staff. l Ensure all on site staff has valid license/ certificates. l Ensure that the team delivers meaningful inputs in the development of engineering management reports. l Provide other support assigned by line manager. Personal Specifications – Skills, Knowledge and Experience l Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering l Strong technical skills (mechanical and electrical) l A strong analytical and problem solving skills l A strong leadership and interpersonal skills l Excellent organisational and time-management skills l Knowledge of school systems and processes l Good English skills in written and spoken Personal Attributes l High levels of personal integrity l Conscientious and able to focus on completing work to a consistently high standard l Flexible and positive approach to work l Ability to work to tight deadlines and able to prompt others to ensure deadlines are achieved l Adaptable to working in a fast paced ever changing environment l Self-motivated and enthusiastic l Attention to details l Willingness to take on multiple tasks l Ability to work under pressure and remain calm l Must be a team player, willing to help and be flexible l Continually strive for improvement
