Job description:

l  Be responsible for overall accounting and tax process, financial policy implementation 负责全面的账务及税务，财务政策的实施

l  Responsible for monthly closing work, verification of accounting for General Ledger, Receivables, payables, Fixed assets, inventory and costs, and ensure that financial data truly reflects the operating conditions of the enterprise负责每月月结工作，对总账、应收、应付、固定资产、存货和成本的账务核算；确保财务数据真实反映企业运营状况

l  Liaison with tax authorities to process the payments for Stamp Duties, VAT, Surtax, Corporate income tax, withhold tax, IIT and proceed annual IIT rebate  处理印花税，增值税，附加税，所得税，代扣代缴税，个人所得税及年度所得税的返还

l  Be responsible for financial reporting accuracy, timeliness and completeness. 负责财务报表的准确性及时性及完整性

l  Support internal and external audit requirements 支持内部及外部审计

l  Assistance of establishing and improving internal control system协助建立和完善内部控制制度

l  Supervise team member’s daily operations and working results. 监督小组成员的日常工作及工作结果

l  Coach team members in accounting and tax areas 负责培训小组成员的会计及税务领域知识

l  Build effective working relationships with other stakeholders including Banks and Industrial and Commercial Bureau, Tax Bureau etc. 与外部机构如银行，工商局税局等建立良好有效的工作关系

l  Improvement of our ERP user interface. Implementation of Business Intelligence software to the financial department. Automation of frequent tasks. 改善ERP用户界面，财务部实施商务智能软件，频繁任务的自动化

Requirements

1. Finance and accounting background with bachelor's degree or above.

具备良好的财务会计专业背景，本科学历以上

2. Above 5~8 years’ solid financial working experiences in WOFE, Manufacture or FSSC

Experiences will be preferred.

5～8 年以上扎实的外企财务工作经验, 有制造业、财务共享服务中心经验者

优先考虑

3. Familiar with overall accounting process, which should cover AP, AR, Inventory, GL, Reporting and Tax.

熟悉全盘会计操作，其中包括应付、应收、存货、总账、报表及税务

4. Familiar with PRC tax regulations and practices, familiar with PRC GAAP and IFRS.

熟悉中国税务法规及实务，熟悉中国会计准则及国际会计准则

5. Familiar and be with working experiences with ERP system, e.g. SAP,Oracle Netsuite

熟悉并具备ERP 操作经验，如SAP, Oracle Netsuite

6. Good leadership and interpersonal skill for internal and external communication.

具有领导能力及良好的人际沟通能力

7. Fluent in English both in verbal and written. Monthly presentation to foreign manager.
