岗位职责：

1.负责处理宾客的问题和投诉；

 2.负责重要宾客的迎领工作； 

3.进行整个酒店的安全和日常的设备检查工作；

4.解决当班期间发生的安全问题。 

岗位要求 ：

1.大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验1年以上。

 2.英文流利，形象气质佳。
