Functions objectives 

Evaluate the risk level of the existing and new suppliers. 

Follow up with the suppliers’ improvement to control the risk. Maintain the company’s social compliance system by monitor the suppliers.

 

Main tasks and duties:

 Conduct social compliance audit at existing and new suppliers as per company standards. 

Provide corrective action plan for the factories to improve. 

Review the corrective actions and evidences from suppliers, provide feedback and push for improvement. 

Report to head quarter and supervisor about the audit result and cap follow up result. 

Communicate with different parties internally and externally for the suppliers’ social compliance related issues. 

Like client’s 3rd party audit arrangement and training. 

Periodically review the company’s social compliance requirement against latest social compliance standards for upgrade. 

Support other teams when necessary. E.g. provide relevant training, explain the corresponding requirement.  

 

 

Competences required

 3+ years’ experience on social compliance, legal or related operations； experience with REACH requirement is an advantage.  

Good knowledge of internal control requirements and general compliance operation methodology. 

Strong documentation and reporting skills with excellent attention to detail. 

 A self-motivated team player with an ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.  

Ability to organize and conduct compliance inspection and investigation within tight schedule. 

 Bachelor degree or above, third party lab or foreign trading company working experience is preferred. 

Good English and Chinese communication skills. Chinese native speaker.
