Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

●                  Manage Recruitment channels including but not limited to : 51jobs , Liepin , zhaopin etc,  and update the recruitment advertisement

●                Connect with different Universities for campus events registration and coordination

●                Resume screen and selection

●                Interview arrangement and coordination

●                Interview feedback follow up and hiring records update and applicants' resume filing

●                Assist to do the 1st round interview for intern position

●                Offer and follow up

●                new staff on board preparation and follow up ( welcome notice, copy of new staff's certificate, related contract, set up new staff personal profile hard copy and soft copy, FESCO  process follow up)

●                Staff information system update (Company organization chart update, Staff probation reminder, headcount movement, staff information update)

●                Staff profile hardcopy maintenance

●                Leave and attendance management

●                Other Ad -hoc HR related projects
